What “active customers” means
Only customers who are actually using their card count. Customers who opt out, or whose balance has sat at zero for twice your points expiration period, stop counting and free up room in your plan. That way you pay for your real customer base, not for every card someone downloaded once.
How payment works
You pay by card, in US dollars. Choose auto-renewal (recommended: you're billed automatically every month or year and can cancel anytime) or a one-time payment for the period. We issue an electronic invoice using the details saved in your profile.

Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days free on any plan, no credit card required. When it ends, you decide whether to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard; the change applies at your next billing date.
Does the price include VAT?
No. Prices are in US dollars, and 13% VAT is added.
What happens if I go over my customer limit?
Your program keeps working for the customers you already have; to sign up more, you can upgrade your plan. Customers who have opted out don't count.
