Your team adds and redeems; you stay in control

How employees sign in

You add the employee in the dashboard with their name and a 6-digit PIN. They open the scanner, enter your business code and their PIN, and stay signed in on that phone for 30 days. After several wrong PIN attempts in a row, access is locked for a few minutes.

What they can do

• Scan the QR code or barcode on the customer's card (or look the customer up by phone number if the camera isn't working).
• See the customer's name and their points or balance.
• Add visits or purchases and redeem rewards or balance, always with a confirmation step.

What they can't do

They can't see your customer list, export data, change the card, view billing, or send messages. And if you deactivate an employee, they lose access instantly.

Who handled each transaction

Every point added and every reward redeemed records the employee's name. You'll see it in each customer's history in the dashboard and in each employee's activity summary.

Employees included: 2 on Start, 4 on Entrepreneur, 6 on Growth, and unlimited on Business.
