Points and cashback: the program that fits your business

Three ways to reward your customers. Pick one when you start, and the card automatically shows each customer's progress.

Points per visit

One point for every visit or service, no matter the amount: a breakfast, a haircut, a class. It's the digital version of the classic punch card. When customers reach the goal (2 to 10 points), they redeem their reward and start over.

Points per amount spent

Customers earn points based on how much they spend: for example, 1 point for every $10 (a $25 purchase earns 2). Purchases below the base amount don't earn points. Ideal for businesses with varying ticket sizes.

Percentage back (cashback)

A percentage of each purchase is saved as a balance on the card. At 10%, a $10 purchase leaves $1 in credit. Customers can use all or part of it on their next purchase, and the card always shows the current balance.

Which one should you choose? If your customers buy roughly the same thing every time (coffee, a haircut, a car wash), go with points per visit. If ticket sizes vary a lot, points per amount spent. If you want the reward to feel like money, cashback.

A card that looks like your brand

Choose from more than 70 icons for your points, plus the card color, a background photo, and whether to show a QR code or a barcode. The dashboard preview shows how it will look on iPhone and Android before you save.

Expiration and inactive customers

By default, points expire after one year (you can change the period or turn expiration off). A customer whose balance stays at zero for twice that period is automatically removed and stops counting toward your plan, without losing their history.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the program type later?

The ClubWallet team changes the program type at your request, because customer balances don't convert between types. You can adjust the goal, base amount, and percentage yourself anytime.

Can customers see their points?

Yes: the card in their wallet shows their points or balance and updates automatically with every purchase.
